Harper County

Harper County 4-H Enrollment is open October 1 - December 1 for recurring members

Harper County Enrollment for NEW members is October 1-May 1

The State 4-H Office will be implementing a $15.00 fee for enrollment again this year.  Harper County 4-H Council has decided to pay your fee if you worked in the fair concession stand for the current year.  If you worked in the concession stand, please be sure to check the ""A local sponsor has agreed to pay my fee" box when enrolling.  If you didn't work in the concession stand, you will be responsible for paying your own fee.

FYI: 4-H Council will be paying for new member fees.
